Single Inclusive Limit - Often an insurance policy limits the amount of coverage for personal contents, outbuildings and additional living expenses to a fixed percentage of the building's value. Your Guarantee GOLD® policy offers a single inclusive limit of 210% of the building's value with the flexibility to use this amount where it is needed.
Cash Settlement - If you prefer not to repair or replace your damaged property, you may choose a cash settlement based on full replacement cost. This allows for expedient, fair claims handling at your convenience.
